BRUSSELS, March 25 /TASS/. The European Union should "work out a package of positive measures" to make it easier for Russian scientists and students to obtain visas to Europe, Guy Verhofstadt, leader of the liberal faction in the European Parliament, said on Monday.
"Yes, we should continue exerting pressure on Russia. But where is a positive package to liberalize Russia?," Verhofstadt said urging the European Union to liberalize its visa policy for young people, students and scientists from Russia.
