KIEV, March 18. /TASS/. Ukraine has fully met the conditions of the Minsk agreements for the withdrawal of heavy weapons in the country’s south-eastern Donbas region, Ukrainian Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak told journalists on Wednesday.
"All the obligations imposed on the Armed Forces have been fulfilled, all the equipment, armaments to which the Minsk agreements extended have been withdrawn to the staging areas," he said, adding that the withdrawal process was controlled by the Organization for Security and Cooperation (OSCE) monitoring mission.
The minister also said Ukraine was ready for OSCE surprise inspections of the weapons concentration areas.
