No other international presence in Ukraine but OSCE mentioned in Minsk accords — Lavrov

The Russian Foreign Minister is convinced that now it is important to focus on an overwhelming, full-fledged implementation of the February 12 documents

GENEVA, March 2. /TASS/. The Package of Measures on implementation of the Minsk agreements does not mention any other international presence but the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told journalists in Geneva on Monday.

"It does not mention any other form of international presence but the OSCE mission," Lavrov told journalists.

"I am convinced that now it is important to focus on an overwhelming, full-fledged implementation of the February 12 documents," he stressed.

"One gets the impression that by such new ideas, someone is trying to protract the process of implementation of the remaining key provisions of the Minsk Package," Lavrov said.
