BRUSSELS, February 26. /TASS/. Deputy Secretary General of the European External Action Service (EEAS) Helga Schmid has postponed a visit to Moscow over talks of the P5+1 foreign ministers on Iran due to be held in Geneva on the same day, a European source told TASS on Thursday.

Political directors of the P5+1 group (the five members of the United Nations Security Council and Germany) of international mediators, "including Helga Schmid, will naturally be in Geneva, where their meeting is to be held," the source said.

Earlier on Thursday, another European source told TASS, Schmid’s visit to Moscow had been postponed due to changes in her working schedule.

"The visit will be postponed till a later date dur to technical changes in the working schedule," the source said.

The visit was initially planned for March 2. Schmid was to discuss prospects for a Moscow visit by European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.
