VIENNA, February 26./TASS/. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) works on extending mandate of the OSCE mission at border crossing points Donetsk and Gukovo on the Russian-Ukrainian border, the OSCE’s chief observer, Paul Picard, told a news conference.
He said work was underway on extending and expanding the mandate.
