MOSCOW, February 21./TASS/. An exchange of prisoners will be made outside Lugansk, eastern Ukraine, under the 37 for 37 formula, the Donetsk News Agency reports.

"Today we are exchanging officers for our commanders," ombudswoman of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Darya Morozova said.

Militias of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) have announced a prisoner swap between the republic and Kiev troops on Saturday, February 21, the press center of the DPR government reports.

It said the prisoner swap would take place in the Lugansk region. . The report did not say how many prisoners would be exchanged.

A package of measures to implement the Minsk Accords includes a ceasefire in certain areas of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions starting from February 15, the pullback of heavy armaments and measures for a long-term political settlement of the situation in Ukraine.
