LUHANSK, February 20. /TASS/. The weapons’ withdrawal map has been coordinated by head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky and will be signed by head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko on Friday, a Ukrainian defense official said.
"The map [of the heavy weapons withdrawal] has been coordinated. It has been signed by Plotnitsky and will also be signed by Zakharchenko today," Ukrainian army’s envoy to the Contact Group Joint Center for Coordination and Control (JCCC), Colonel Dmitry Lakhurov told a JCCC news conference.
"As the group’s representative I will control the withdrawal of weapons," Lakhurov said.
