MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. A Russian Emergencies Ministry convoy with humanitarian aid for Debaltsevo is heading for Ukraine’s Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the ministry’s National Crisis Situations Management Center’s deputy head Oleg Voronov said Friday.
"Russia’s Emergencies Ministry has started an additional stage of providing humanitarian assistance to residents of the most affected inhabited localities of Donbass. Early in the morning the vehicle convoy departed from the Donskoy rescue center and is heading to the Russian border," Voronov said.
