DONETSK, February 19. /TASS/. Ukrainian armed forces have resumed artillery shellings of the city of Donetsk in violation of the ceasefire agreements, the press service of the city administration said on Thursday.
"Shells have hit the Kievsky district of the city," the statement says.
At least six shelling incidents have been registered, it says, giving no details on possible casualties.
