MOSCOW, February 18. /TASS/. Militiamen of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) on Wednesday fully took under control the village of Chernukhino near the city of Debaltsevo in the Donetsk Region, the LPR presidential and government press service told LuhanskInformCenter.
"The village of Chernukhino was completely liberated today. The decision was made to send humanitarian cargo there — food, water, warm clothes. An Emergencies Ministry brigade is heading there to conduct work to restore electric and gas networks," LPR Prime Minister Gennady Tsypkalov said.
