MOSCOW, February 17. /TASS/. The evacuation of civilians from Debaltsevo has been postponed till February 18 due to hostilities, the spokeswoman of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic’s Transport Ministry, Ella Zhuranskaya, has said.
"The busses dispatched to Debaltsevo for evacuating local civilians have been unable to reach the expected destination. We had anticipated they would pick up those eager to leave in the middle of the day.
