MOSCOW, February 17. /TASS/. The evacuation of civilians from Debaltsevo has been postponed till February 18 due to hostilities, the spokeswoman of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic’s Transport Ministry, Ella Zhuranskaya, has said.
"The busses dispatched to Debaltsevo for evacuating local civilians have been unable to reach the expected destination.
