MOSCOW, February 16. /TASS/. A videoconference of the Contact Group on Ukraine will take place in the morning on February 17, the Donetsk News Agency quoted Denis Pushilin, the official representative of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in the Contact Group and deputy speaker of the DPR People’s Council (parliament) as saying on Monday.
"A Skype conference will be held at 08:30 a.m. Moscow time tomorrow. The Ukrainian side has already confirmed its participation," he said.
Kiev will be represented by Leonid Kuchma, whose status is accepted by the DPR.
The consultations were originally planned for Monday, according to earlier reports. Pushilin said some of Kiev’s action ran counter to the Minsk agreements and Donetsk’s task in this connection was to get the DPR’s position across to the Ukrainian side.
