The ceasefire regime in eastern Ukraine was generally observed in the first 18 hours, monitors from the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) said in their daily update as of February 15 (as of 18:00 local time).

At the same time, the mission reported a number of incidents in Luhansk, Donetsk, Severodnetsk and Debaltsevo.
