Ukrainian foreign minister vows Kiev determined to honor Minsk accords

Pavlo Klimkin expressed hope that peace will finally be restored to Donetsk and Luhansk

SOFIA, February 16. /TASS/. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has declared Kiev is determined to fully comply with the Minsk accords.

"Regrettably, the situation remains highly strained, but we are determined to fully observe the Minsk accords. These agreements for us are the sole way towards peace. We do hope that peace will finally be restored to Donetsk and Luhansk," Klimkin said after talks with his Bulgarian counterpart Daniel Mitov.

Klimkin is in Sofia on an official visit. He is due to meet with Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and parliamentary Speaker Tsetska Tsacheva.
