MOSCOW, February 15. /TASS/. Truce in Donbass depends on Kiev military, the spokesman for the Defence Ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic /DPR/ told a news conference on Saturday.
"The defence ministry’s official position is the commitments we have undertaken," Eduard Basurin said. "We are ready to cease fire /at 01.00 Moscow time on February 15/. However, if the enemy open fire on our positions destroying infrastructure, we are not going to keep silent."
DPR was not going to shoot first if the Ukrainian side will comply with its commitments, he said.
