Lugansk republic orders militias to observe ceasefire from Sunday night - PM

The Lugansk People's Republic is ready to fulfil the agreements signed in Minsk on February 12, LPR Prime Minister Gennady Tsypkalov said

MOSCOW, February 14. /TASS/. Authorities of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic /LPR/ has issued an order for the militias to start observing a ceasefire on Sunday from 01.00 a.m. Moscow time, the LuganskInformCentre news agency said on Saturday citing LPR Prime Minister Gennady Tsypkalov.

"The Lugansk People's Republic is ready to fulfil the agreements signed in Minsk on February 12 and thus, to stop combat activities along the front line from midnight Kiev time, or from one o'clock Lugansk time," Tsypkalov said. "The decree was signed today and the orders have been given to military units of the Lugansk People's Republic to cease fire and to pull back the hardware.".
