KIEV, February 12. /TASS/. The ‘Normandy Four’ summit that is underway in the Belarussian capital Minsk proceed with difficulty, the spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Yevgeny Perebeinos, said on 112 Ukraine television on Thursday.
"The talks are difficult but there is hope for success," he said.
Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, Ukraine’s Petro Poroshenko, France’s Francois Hollande and Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel have been holding negotiations on resolving the Ukraine crisis for seven hours.
The meeting is held behind closed doors so no details have been made available so far.
