Ukraine foreign ministry: 'Normandy Four' talks on Ukraine difficult

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, Ukraine’s Petro Poroshenko, France’s Francois Hollande and Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel have been holding negotiations on resolving the Ukraine crisis for seven hours.
