MOSCOW, February 12. /TASS/. Lugansk has come under heavy artillery fire and cluster weapons have been used in the attack, the Emergencies Ministry of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) said on Thursday.
"The ministry says the city has been shelled with cluster rockets fired from multiple rocket launchers," the LuganskInformCentre news agency said.
Earlier in the day, the news agency reported that sounds of exploding shells were heard in the centre of Lugansk, fired from the positions of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, supposedly with the use of Grad and Uragan multiple rocket launchers.
