MINSK, February 11. /TASS/. Political settlement of the conflict in Ukraine is only possible in case Ukraine preserves its non-aligned status, the plenipotentiary representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Denis Pushilin, has said.
The participants of the Contact Group on Ukraine have gathering in downtown Minsk to resume talks after a pause announced yesterday.
Plenipotentiary representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) Denis Pushilin and Vladislav Deinego, Ukrainian ex-president Leonid Kuchma and Russia’s ambassador in Kiev Mikhail Zurabov, who is a mediator at the Group’s talks, are taking part in the meeting.
