New Ukraine prisoner swap to take place one day later than planned — Donetsk republic

The swap will most likely take place on neutral territory or in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic

MOSCOW, February 9. /TASS/. The next prisoner exchange between the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and Ukrainian authorities may take place in the next few days, republican commissioner for human rights Daria Morozova told Donetsk News Agency on Monday.

"The exchange will take place a day later [than planned] but the formula for the swap has not been agreed upon yet. It will most likely take place on neutral territory or on our territory," Morozova said.

The last official swap took place on February 5.
