DONETSK, January 30. /TASS/. Donetsk’s community center where humanitarian aid is handed out to the city population has been shelled, leaving five dead and three injured, the Emergencies Ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) said on Friday.
"Today, artillery fire rocked the community center in Panfilova Avenue where the distribution of humanitarian aid was in progress for residents of Donetsk," the mayor’s office told the Donetsk news agency.
