MOSCOW, January 30. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military opened fire on residential sites in the Donetsk People’s Republic more than 70 times overnight, the press service of the DPR’s Defense Ministry said on Friday.
"There were more than 70 shellings of residential districts in the DPR. The Ukrainian armed forces shelled outskirts of Donetsk, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya and other populated localities," the Donetsk news agency cited the press service as saying.
Information about casualties was not immediately available.
