MOSCOW, January 29. /TASS/. Leaders of the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics (LPR and DPR, respectively) are ready to go to Minsk to talks of the Contact Group if Kiev appoints an official representative, LPR head Igor Plotnitsky said on Thursday.
"We (Igor Plotnitsky and Alexander Zakharchenko, the DPR leader) are waiting for an official representative from Kiev. We are ready to go to Minsk for talks at any moment as soon as Ukraine’s representative is appointed," LuhanskInformCenter quoted him as saying.
"Our condition remains unchanged. Kiev should commission an official envoy vested with the authority to make decisions," he said.
