VIENNA, January 28. /TASS/. As many as 29 civilians were killed and 57 were injured in the shelling of eastern Ukraine's self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk republics on January 23-27, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) reported Wednesday with reference to a Russian Major-General. The report, however, notes that the monitoring mission could not independently verify this information.
