STRASBOURG, January 27. /TASS/. The speaker of the lower house of Russia’s parliament has sharply criticized the US policy.
"Americans are a wonderful, enterprising, talented nation… But the US foreign policy is absolute evil for Europe," Russian State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin said at a round table in PACE dedicated to the role of parliaments in restoration of trust in Europe.
The lawmaker recalled the idea of exceptionalism. "You immediately remember the authors of this idea - the ideology of exceptionalism of one race," Naryshkin said.
"As long as Europe is under Washington’s dictatorship, the stability and security of our European continent will be in the zone of a very serious risk," he warned.
