DAVOS, January 22. /TASS/. The European Union will consider the possibilities of cooperation with Russia in the economic space from Lisbon to Vladivostok, after the Ukraine crisis is settled, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said at the Davos Economic Forum on Thursday.

It is primarily necessary to restore stability in Ukraine, after which the EU can study in the broader context the possibilities of cooperation with Russia in the economic space, which Russian President Vladimir Putin outlined as spreading from Lisbon to Vladivostok, the German chancellor said.
