MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has expressed condolences over the death of a six-month boy, Seryozha Avetisyan, who had been injured as a result of a tragedy involving a Russian soldier in the city of Gyumri, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.
“A firm conviction was voiced that as a result of a joint investigation of the tragedy conducted by the Russian and Armenian sides, and subsequent court proceedings, the person guilty of the crime will get a deserved punishment,” the ministry said.
