SINGAPORE, January 13. /TASS/. Indonesian rescuers have recovered the cockpit voice recorder (CVR) of the AirAsia disaster jet from the floor of the Java Sea, Metro TV channel said.
It added that the CVR had been delivered aboard a ship of the Indonesian naval forces.
AirAsia jet crashed en route from the Indonesian city of Surabaya to Singapore about 40 minutes after takeoff. It disappeared from radar screens while crossing an area near Kalimantan (Borneo).
The jet had 162 people aboard. All of them died.
