KIEV, January 10. /TASS/. Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko and Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel have agreed in a telephone conversation to hold a bilateral meeting in Paris on Sunday, the Ukrainian presidential press service said on Saturday.
“Petro Poroshenko and Angela Merkel have agreed that a brief meeting aimed at coordinating the efforts to settle the Donbass crisis will be held in Paris on January 11,” the press service said. “Both leaders will take part in a unity march initiated by French President Francois Hollande to remember victims of the terrorist attacks.”
Along with this, Poroshenko and Merkel discussed the humanitarian situation in Donbass and spoke in favour of holding a meeting of the working group in the foreseeable future aimed to conciliate positions on implementation of the Minsk agreements.
