KIEV, December 30. /TASS/. A final text of the draft agreement on a complete ceasefire in eastern Ukraine can be reached shortly, spokesman to Ukraine’s General Staff Vladislav Seleznev said on Tuesday.
Representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, Ukrainian members of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire, the Donetsk Republic Defense Ministry, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and human rights organizations met in Donetsk on December 29.
The Donetsk republic envoy, Denis Pushilin, said the meeting was technical and envisioned no concrete agreements.
The agreement will be prepared on the results of the December 29 meeting, Seleznev said. “A protocol on the results of the meeting is expected to be drawn up shortly,” he said.
