MOSCOW, December 24. /TASS/. Meeting of the Contact Group for Ukraine in Minsk means a realistic chance to stop the war in the country's east and to attain durable peace, the Russian President’s special envoy for human rights, democracy and supremacy of law, Konstantin Dolgov told Rossiya’24 news channel on Wednesday.

“I’d like to hope this is a real chance, one more realistic chance after long enough preparations to end the hostilities and to establish durable ceasefire,” Dolgov said.
