KIEV, December 20. /TASS/. Ukraine will start inducting young men aged over 20 into the military service in 2015, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Alexander Turchinov said following the council’s meeting on Saturday.
“In 2015 conscription will be resumed in Ukraine,” Turchinov said. “Our citizens will be enlisted for 18 months. Young men aged 20 to 27 will fall under conscription but not 18-19-year-old.”.
