“The exchange will be made only after Minsk talks, I refer to the Contact Group. We hope that it [a meeting] will be held on Sunday and it will be possible to say about a release by both sides next week,” he said.
In case of exchange Ukraine will free those “who are procedurally under custody,” Vovk noted. “We take a specific decision in line with effective legislation,” he noted.
“At the present day we have 225 of them [those detained in Ukraine], we have handed exactly this number to our opponents in Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics,” Vovk said.
