VIENNA, December 10. /TASS/. The Contact Group participants will directly discuss the date of the regular meeting in Minsk, Russian Ambassador at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Andrey Kelin told TASS on Wednesday.
The parties succeeded in coordinating positions on such issues as the disengagement of troops and the exchange of prisoners, he said.
“In the morning the third issue has not been agreed upon. This is the problem of stopping the economic blockade and what will be with the laws on the autonomy and amnesty,” he said.
Earlier, head of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic Igor Plotnitsky said, “December 12 is the preliminary coordinated date. But it (the meeting) may be held another day."
