DONETSK, December 8. /TASS/. The Contact Group on Ukraine in Minsk will meet this week as soon as Ukraine confirms its agenda, the negotiator from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin said.

Pushilin named the following clauses of a Minsk peace deal: introduction of a ceasefire, pullback of heavy weapons, exchange of captives, liftting an economic blockade from war-torn Ukrainian industrial area Donbass and enactment of Ukrainian laws on Donbass special status and amnesty.

Kiev “does not have a clear-cut position on captive swaps and Ukraine’s gradual lift of an economic blockade from Donbass. They probably want to avoid concrete decisions to stifle economically people’s republics and so avoid political dialogue needed with our people,” the Donetsk envoy said.
