DONETSK, December 6. /TASS/. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic /DPR/ and Ukraine have agreed on a road map for a ceasefire in Donbass, Speaker of the DPR People’s Council Andrey Purgin told reporters on Saturday.
“A road map (to achieve truce - eds. TASS) has been adopted but we’ll see whether it would be implemented,” Purgin said adding the first step would be the withdrawal of heavy weapons, in particular, artillery.
