MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. Russia has challenged the ruling of the Hague court on the case of the defunct oil company Yukos, Russian Justice Minister Alexander Konovalov said on Thursday.

The minister said that, answering a question by a TASS correspondent. He added however this can be only officially confirmed by a company which has signed a contract with the Russian Finance Ministry.

The minister said the issue is whether the court will meet halfway.
