BRUSSELS, December 1. /TASS/. The new date for convening the Contact Group on Ukraine has not been determined yet, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said on Monday.
“We’re waiting for a decision, primarily from the authorities in Kiev and south-eastern Ukraine. The degree of their readiness will mainly determine the date of the new meeting of the Contact Group,” he said.
karasin also said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will meet over Ukraine on the sidelines of the Council of OSCE Foreign Ministers in Basel on December 4-5.
“I believe that the meeting can be expected,” he told TASS.
