DONETSK, November 28. /TASS/. Two children were wounded in the shelling of a residential house in the city of Horlivka in eastern Ukraine, the press service of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry told reporters on Friday.

“A shell hit a residential house in Kazartseva Street wounding three, including children born in 2005 and 2007,” the ministry’s press service said. A nearby street also came under fire that killed a man, the press service said.

Another underage boy was killed in gunfire in Donetsk.

The spokesman for the Russian Investigative Committee said earlier that none of the crimes in eastern Ukraine has been properly evaluated by Kiev  authorities. Russia’s Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on Thursday over the deaths of civilians in artillery shelling in Donetsk.
