MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. Russia and China seek agreements meeting the interest of all participants in negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program, the Russian Foreign Ministry said after the Vienna meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi on Monday.

“The ministers compared positions taken on key aspects of the ongoing talks over a settlement concerning the Iranian nuclear program with a view to achieving compromise solutions,” the Foreign Ministry said. “The readiness was confirmed to achieving a balanced agreement meeting the interests of all countries involved in the negotiating process.”

Lavrov and Wang reviewed Russian-Chinese interaction at international discussion floors, including those within the APEC and BRICS formats, and touched upon the de-nuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
