MOSCOW, November 20. /TASS/. Moscow wants Kiev to return to the concept of the Minsk meetings of the Contact Group on Ukraine, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said on Thursday.
The consultations on resuming talks of the Contact group comprising representatives of Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE have been ongoing but “we have not yet learnt any specific information,” he said.
“We still expect that the Kiev leadership will seriously return to the concept of Minsk meetings of the Contact Group as this is the only efficient format which includes the representatives of the south-east,” he stressed.
