BERLIN, November 14. /TASS/. German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Friday she intends to raise the question of Ukraine settlement at the G20 summit in Brisbane, Australia.

“This issue will be discussed on the sidelines of the G20 summit,” Germany’s DPA News agency quoted Merkel as saying.

She did not rule out that during the summit, she would meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. “There is a chance that the meeting will be held,” Merkel said.

Commenting on his upcoming contacts at the sidelines of the summit scheduled for November 15-16, Putin told TASS: “I have scheduled meetings there. With the German chancellor. A lot of meetings."
