This is already the sixth relief aid convoy for residents of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics

DONETSK, November 4. /TASS/. A Russian Emergencies Ministry’s truck convoy has delivered another batch of relief supplies to troubled eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk on Tuesday.

Ten trucks have delivered more than 50 tons of medicine and fuel to the city of Donetsk, deputy chief of Russian Emergencies Ministry’s national center for management in emergency situations Oleg Voronov told TASS.

Trucks are on their way to the Budennovsky district of the Donetsk Region for unloading.

This is already the sixth relief aid convoy for residents of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. More than 100 trucks have brought more than 1,000 tons of foodstuffs, fuel, construction materials and medicine to Donetsk and Luhansk on November 2.

Before this, four truck convoys have delivered around 7,000 tons of humanitarian aid to Donbass, south-eastern Ukrainian industrial area where Donetsk and Luhansk republics are located.
