Estonia bans Russian actor Ivan Okhlobystin from entry to country

Earlier, Latvia took a similar decision

TALLINN, November 2. /TASS/. Popular Russian actor Ivan Okhlobystin has been put on a list of personae non grata in Estonia, the Estonian national television and radio broadcasting company said on Sunday.

“This information has been confirmed by the interior ministry,” the state television said.

The Estonian interior ministry refused to comment on the reasons to this move. Neither was it said for how long Okhlodystin had been banned from entry to Estonia. Earlier, Latvia took a similar decision.

AS of now, Estonia has banned entry to 2,080 foreigners. The authorities are not obliged to notify blacklisted people about the entry ban. This is what happened to Russian Academician Valery Tishkov, who arrived to Tallinn at the invitation of the international media club Impressum. He was stopped at the passport control desk at the Tallinn airport.
