DONETSK, November 1. /TASS/. Specialists of the Donetsk People’s Republic’s emergency situations ministry found and defused eight bombs launched from the Uragan (Hurricane) system, the ministry told TASS on Saturday.
The ministry’s press service said on October 30 its specialists found and defused five bombs, and a day earlier another three.
In late October, the Human Rights Watch organisation said Ukraine’s military were using cluster munitions in highly populated districts of the Donetsk region, which could be considered as military crime. The organisation reported Ukrainian military forces used the Uragan (Hurricane) and Smerch (Tornado) cluster munitions.
