DONETSK, October 31. /TASS/. Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Alexander Zakharchenko said on Friday he was hopeful that the republic would succeed in returning its territory, seized by Ukrainian security forces, by political talks.
“I believed and believe that Slavyansk and Kramatorsk are our land, which is temporarily seized by the adversary. The question is: how to return it. I support political means,” Zakharchenko said.
The Donetsk People’s Republic “is ready for any hostilities. This was our land and it will be ours. Our townsmen, brothers and sisters live there and we should live in one state,” he said.
