DONETSK (Rostov region), October 31. /TASS/. The humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergencies Ministry has arrived at the Russian-Ukrainian border near the city of Donetsk in Russia’s Rostov region on Friday. The cargo customs clearance has begun.

After that, part of the convoy will move to Donetsk and another part — to Luhansk, in the east of Ukraine. A total of 1,000 tons of humanitarian supplies will be delivered to these regions — food products and construction materials.
