Donetsk republic fulfils Minsk agreement — premier

Kiev intentionally drags on and disrupts the Minsk peace deals, Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko said

NOVOAZOVSK (Donetsk Region), October 30. /TASS/. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic fulfils the Minsk agreement fully, republican Prime Minister Alexander Zakharchenko said in this Donetsk regional city after talks with city residents.

As for disengagement line, Zakharchenko noted that Kiev had revoked the signature of its representative under the Donbass disengagement line deal and did not explain this step.

“We have agreed on the first line and have signed it. I even have this map where Ukraine has signed it. Then this signature was revoked,” the premier said.

“We have revoked the signature. Talks will resume some day in the future, but the line will be already different. I am not having any personal talks on them for one simple reason that we are fulfilling the Minsk deals completely,” he said.

Kiev “intentionally drags on and disrupts the Minsk peace deals,” Zakharchenko said.
