Another exchange of prisoners of war between the Ukrainian army and the militias of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) will take place in the coming days, Lilia Rodionova, a deputy head of the DPR committee for refugees and prisoners of war, told TASS on Monday.
