KIEV, October 24. /TASS/. About three million people in south-east Ukraine will not take part in the upcoming October 26 parliamentary polls, a coordinator of the Ukrainian election programs said on Friday.
Olga Aivazovskaya said that 1.6 million people (or 49% of voters) will not take part in the elections in the Donetsk Region. She added that 1.2 million people (or 69% of voters) will not come to polling stations in the Luhansk Region.
The overall number of voters in Ukraine is about 34 million.
